Nevada law makes many nonconfidential government records available, but no single database covers every type of release. Eureka County Sheriff records document local arrest and custody events. White Pine or Lander County may hold the physical admission and discharge record when a detainee is housed under an outside arrangement. The Nevada Department of Corrections maintains state-prison offender and release data, while NPP supervises parolees and probationers. Federal prison releases appear through the Bureau of Prisons system. This site organizes those distinct paths, explains their limits, and shows which record answers each release question.
