Terms & Conditions

Use of Eureka County Released Inmates means acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern this private resource and its links, not the official services of Eureka County or any linked agency.

This privately owned resource has no affiliation with Eureka County, any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, housing or tenant screening. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency. Its purpose is to help visitors locate public custody and release-record resources in Eureka County and Nevada.

Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site with no authority to act for a government office. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a records or court document.

The pages point toward Eureka County jail and court resources, Nevada corrections and supervision systems, federal custody tools, and outside research providers.

  • Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated extraction tools.
  • Do not overload, damage, or disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Eureka County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not furnish credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening services. Advertising and search partners do not provide such services through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, and commercial search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside service’s content, availability, results, pricing, security, or data practices. Review its own terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not promise:

  • That content is accurate, complete, or current.
  • That access will be uninterrupted.
  • That the service has no errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
  • That a partner search will return a full or correct result.

Custody and public-record data can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from Eureka County, a sheriff, jail, court, NDOC, NPP, or another agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside link or provider.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Content

Original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Eureka County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission, except where law allows.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Nevada Governing Law

Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Nevada. References to public records are understood in light of the Nevada Public Records Act, NRS Chapter 239, but these terms do not create a right beyond applicable law.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
